LILAC supports Open Access and authors retain copyright of papers presented at the conference. You are free to deposit a copy in your institutional repository but we would appreciate an acknowledgement that it was first presented at LILAC with a link back to the LILAC archive or website.
All attendees, speakers, sponsors and volunteers at our conference are required to agree to the LILAC Code of Conduct. The conference committee and organisers will enforce this code throughout the event. We are expecting cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.
LILAC encourages the use of social media before, during and after the conference as great way to share, review and discuss the conference, keynote addresses, parallel sessions and networking events. We include (where possible) this material within our archived conference reports – should you wish your blog post or similar to appear here then please let us know. We encourage all those participating in the conference to follow us on Twitter, like us on Facebook, and join our LinkedIn Group. Please use our hashtag for conference-related tweets (hashtag style; #lilac15, #lilac16, etc.).
The LILAC Committee would ask that delegates observe the following guidelines;
By attending LILAC you acknowledge that photographs and/or videos of you may be taken by our conference staff and/or official photographers at any time. Furthermore, you grant the conference permission to use photographs and/or video of your likeness in any type of media, including websites and print publications, without compensation or reward.
LILAC is great opportunity for our fellow professionals to present their ideas, share best practice and show case new thinking in our sector. If you have an idea then we'd love to hear about it. We have many options for the types of sessions you might run from a symposium to a workshop. Visit our Call for presentations page to find out how to apply.
Places at this year's conference are likely to be in demand more than ever before. Each year our conference grows increasingly popular and this year promises to be no different. Don't miss out and book your place now for this year's conference.
