Accommodation for 2019

Accommodation must be booked on an individual basis and the LILAC organisers do not take responsibility for booking accommodation for delegates.

The conference venue is University Park campus at The University of Nottingham, situated about 2 miles from Nottingham city centre. A number of hotels and bed & breakfasts are located in the city centre with additional options on campus.


With thanks to Visit Nottinghamshire delegates can book a range of hotels at discounted rates: This includes The De Vere Orchard Hotel, situated on University Park (15 minute walk to the conference venue) at a cost of £95 B&B per night.


En suite accommodation is also available in Cripps Hall of Residence on University Park campus (a 5 minute walk), at a cost of £57 per night. All en suite rooms include a fridge, tea/coffee facilities, towels and toiletries. Breakfast will be available in Cripps Dining Hall. To book Cripps Hall please visit; ensuring you enter the code LILAC2019  before selecting your dates.


Please note: We recommend you shop around when booking your LILAC accommodation. There are many other hotels and bed & breakfasts in the Nottingham area.

If you are staying in the city centre, a number of public transport options are available for getting to and from University Park.
